Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the location is superb, right next to all the sights in Antigua, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms with private bathrooms were clean and comfy, which was great for a good night's sleep. However, the absence of a dining service and the hot water issue were a bit disappointing.
